Cryptic Launcher doesn't load

Hi guys, once again the game launcher doesn't load.

I launched the game
The launcher appeared white and it said "Loading, Please Wait".

It loaded for about a minute, then nothing ... the Luncher gone completely white.
It also opened an internet page, but i wasn't able to see what it said because of this:"res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC.htm".

please help me, i have to refine dilithium, i can't wait 2-3 days.

    You should be able to bypass the launcher altogether if you use 'GameClient.exe' which is located in the /Live folder which is in your main install directory i.e Cryptic . It ignores the launcher and loads the game direct.

    wow before maintence i could get in now after cant... they deff. sure fixed it
