    ACCOUNT SERVER AND LAUNCHER DOWN AGAIN!!! :mad:
    Trying to switch between toons and BAM!
    Come on Cryptic! Didn't you just add new hardware or something so THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN?!?:mad:
    Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

    Just a few mins ago I tried to login to the launcher, I put my password in clicked login but the launcher froze on me for a few seconds and then It said near the bottom
    "Unable to authenticate". Is anyone else having this trouble?

    Thanks for the report, Captains! The team is investigating this now. The server is not down, but it seems logins are affected.

    Same here.

    But don't complain. The servers ran fine for a whole day yesterday and the unexpected scheduled maintenance went really fast.

    I am able to log into the forums no-prob, but the launcher keeps giving me "unable to authenticate"

    No problems here, just tried logging in and everything worked.

    It said it was on mainentance, but I was able to log in.
