patcher takeing for ever

i am having problems with the launcher's for both STO and neverwinter when i first start them they seem to take for ever to scan the .manifest file it was like 6000 blocks

    You're not alone. And I wish Bran would stop closing server crash threads till problems are actually fully solved. My patcher hasn't worked since the outage so Bran, the problem aint solved...

    I'm still having this issue. Anyone have a fix for it? I already cleared my cache and browser history.
