    Hey All - We are making positive progress on the issue but still have some remaining tasks to complete before the issue is completely resolved. Hope to have good news for you soon!

    I am so glad I stopped pating for a membership. It would be like paying a Hooker to verbally abuse me.

    If Cryptic ever wants my money again they need to make it so there updates do NOT cause more glitches then they fix and give better rewards for being a loyal paying cosyumer.

    Like opening lock boxes for free for staters, Exclusive Members ONLY access areas would be good also.

    I am stuck on a 4 day vacation from STO while my Starbase upgrades to T2.

    4 Days!

    Got a lot of crafting done in SWTOR.

    you a monthly subscriber? i paid $300 for lifetime and pay over $200 per month on top of it...don't think ya gonna get any more benefits from Cryptic....and probably don't deserve them anyway lol
