Launcher Not Working?

It has been stuck on "Patching" for 20 Minutes.

Tried restarting several times.
Tried clicking to TRIBBLE.

Nothing working.

Anyone else?

    I've had this account for a couple years and it's not letting me make a new thread, so that's why I'm posting here, since it's a similar issue.

    I just installed and reinstalled STO to try it out, but the screen keeps getting stuck at "Do you have an existing Cryptic account?" (which I do not yet). Doesn't matter if I push Yes or No, nothing happens, although all the other links are clickable. I've left it alone for 20 minutes with no changes. It doesn't appear to be timing out or freezing, it just seems like a screen to nowhere.

    The FAQ says nothing about this kind of issue, as far as I could tell. Normally I'd just uninstall and forget about it, but I have a couple friends on that I'd like to try to play with.

    Specs are:
    Windows XP
    AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual
    Core Processor 5200+
    2.61 GHz 2.00 GB Ram

    *edit note* I've disabled my firewall, no changes.
