Crash when I try to log a Character in.

Ok, every time I log into STO, I can get past the login screen to the Character Select screen, but when I try to log a character in while loading the game crashes directly to CrypticError. No description of the error, simply Report and send. I've tried Force Verify, I've tried Safe mode, I'm running the program as administrator, nothing has worked. I'm completely out of ideas.

    Same TRIBBLE is going on with me. Only on one account though.I have done everything in the forums it has told me. One account works fine.The other crashes as soon as I pick my toon.:mad:Good luck figuring it out. Don't think anyone knows whats going on.If you do get it working please tell what you did so the rest of us can try it also.:mad:

    First, I wish to apologize for piggy backing off of you OP.
    Second, I am having MASSIVE issues right now, in game play my character things its dead or something. It says all of my stats are at 0. Two of my Bridge officers won't show up, I can't transwarp, the animation happens and my ship just stays put. With my speed at max, I am currently traveling at a massive speed of warp 0. I don't have a slightest clue as to what is happening. My ship will list, but, no movement speed.

    Anyone out there know what might be causing this?

    well, I figured it out. Apparently, when I downloaded the installer from the website, I downloaded a corrupt installer.

    same problem here yesterday and the other it works smooty but its was all messed up now.. and i aint gonna delete my character so i can play i already spent zen items on that chracter wtf if this wont fix i aint gonna play this anymore.. lucky i aint spent zen that much now i know sto is a fuked up game.. my other pwe games works great just this annoying sto :mad:
