Zen refund for a accidental ship purchase?

So I just bought a Long Range Science Vessel Refit because I thought it would be the Design for my Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit. I obviously didn't read the shop description and clicked on the purchase button before I realized that I just bought a ship I would never use. Is there any way I can get my 1.000 Zen back and give the ship the way I bought it back? Or is there any way I can give it to someone? I don't want to have it lying around unused. Thanks
