Reinstall Star Trek Online

So when I defragment my PC's hard drive, there are a few files that are are corrupted, one of wish is Star Trek Online, so I figure I need to delete it and reinstall it.

My question about that is:
When I reinstall the Star Trek Online program, will that delete my characters, game status, etc.?

    No all that info is stored on cryptic's servers.
