We've added a new screenshot to the screenshot gallery. We are excited to reveal the updated in-game D'deridex Warbird ship model that will be launching with Legacy of Romulus.

    D'deridex is probably my favourite ship design in Star Trek history.

    In all honesty, though, I'd rather have good gameplay and content than the best-looking ship in existence. Having both is a nice bonus, but... :cool:

    So I missed the last Friday Screenshot thread, and upon looking at the wonderful warbird, I noticed last weeks screenshots, more specifically the unique Andorian bridge. Are those that bought the Vesta going to get their unique bridge with the upcoming uodate?

    good level of detail, but its got a problem. like the vorcha, that neck is to short.like WAY to short

    Sort off topic, but why would the Vesta have a unique bridge? It's a standard starfleet vessel, presumably equipped with standard starfleet bridges.

    Could be that there is a selection of necks etc. to choose from for ship customisation?

    As always, STO's models just plain suck. At least they did try to get it to look decent.

    I for one am glad that the giant Romulan Empire symbol isn't on the nose of the ship. I hated that, I'm glad that's gone.

    From the angle of the screen shot and the canon model, the problem could just as likely be the top wings extend more forward in the middle in the STO model.

    it isn't just slightly to short, its a glaring error. a nit pick would be the texture on the hull being wrong, the neck is at least 30% to short

    Some of the toys/miniatures from back in the day had necks like the one in the new picture, its not that big a deal.
    New home of the Romulan Republic.
    I have an idea for what Season 11 should be; Season 11: The Big Bug Fix.
    I have not been able to read my bug tickets in over a year, not even the tickets about not being able to see my tickets.

    Ouch, if you look at the screenshot back to back with a picture of the model used in the show, they're like two different ships.

    The wings extend in a different angle, the "head" is oversized and overall different, the neck(s) is shorter.

    Sorry, but they really don't look alike. :o
    TOIVA, Toi Vaxx, Toia Vix, Toveg, T'vritha, To Vrax: Bring in the Allegiance class.
    Toi'Va, Ti'vath, Toivia, Ty'Vris, Tia Vex, Toi'Virth: Add Tier 6 KDF Carrier and Raider.
    Tae'Va, T'Vaya, To'Var, Tevra, T'Vira, To'Vrak: Give us Asylums for Romulans.

    Don't make ARC mandatory! Keep it optional only!

    I likes it! :)

    Don't get me wrong, I can see a few errors in it, but I think it's a beautiful piece of work, and I already know this is my end game ship. If there's a C-Store variant, I WILL be buying it!

    Please don't make it another Galaxy class though. This thing needs teeth!
