not receiving the email with the one time code

hey there, since im out of internet at home, ive been playing in a public pc, ive allways received the email with the one time code for the login, but for some reason today that didnt happen, im sure the email related to the account is the same

    are you sure this pc isnt already added to you list ? or may be email is in your spam for some reason ?

    got the same prob
    tryed changing emails but it has to send to the first so you can use new one it just dont happen
