Is the server clapped out yet again????

I was in the middle of something,then got disconnected.
Tried to get back onto the game and nothing happened.
I presume the server is clapped out yet again????(oh what a surprise. NOT.)

    Yes, it is for me. I'm stuck in warp. Logged out and back in and I'm still stuck in warp.
