I'm betting he has as much proof that the Atrox and other ships mentioned have been stealth nerfed, as that one guy who claimed that accolades passives were stealth nerfed.
Probably. Also, his legal reasoning probably caused a laughing fit over at PWE's legal team. All talk and no substance. It's sad though...forums are usually like this in general.
I always get a good laugh whenever the forum conspiracy theorists suggest something in the game is "illegal." Like the guy who said lockboxes are illegal gambling, because you're not guaranteed to win.
As for the alleged "nerf" of old c-store ships, stealth or otherwise, that's just a load of pointless whining over new ships being better than old ones. It's called progress, people. Keep up or get left behind.
Well most of the gaming world knows that Cryptic and PWE are kinda shady when it comes to Microtransactions.
I have always been buyer beware with stuff they sell, and everyone else should be too.

In the context were talking about this can be said of ANY MMO developer. there's not one MMO on ther market today that hasn't had MT items nerfed or adjusted in some way. It's just one aspect of the MMO genre in general.

yup I noticed that they do this too, which is why I will not buy any c-store ships until they have been out for a few months. Let the other people get screwed lol I will not!
Let's see:
HP changed? NO
Shield mod changed? NO
Power levels changed? NO
Turnrate changed? NO
Impulse mod changed? NO
BO Layout changed? NO
Hangar changed? NO
These ships have not had their base stats nerfed. The problem is that they released newer ship that can out preform the older ones. In fact the galaxy-r was improved a bit since the ship was originally an 8 console ship with the saucer sep built in and was changed into a 9 console ship with a saucer console after.
The galaxy r and the armitage were outclassed by the fleet versions that were given higher base stats from the original. Even the Fleet galaxy r is obsolete in comparison to the operational oddy.
As far as the atrox is concerned when you compare it to other science vessels like the vesta that has a high turn rate, 10 console slot, 3 purple mk xii weapons and a hanger bay it is hard to justify the older nine console stats with the turn rate of a beached whale.
The other side of the issue with the performance of these older vessels is that they updated the npcs to make them more challenging with season 6. with harder npcs and better ships it may look like these older ships were nerfed but in reality they are the same against greater odds.
here is something for cryptic to think about.
we all love the idea of new content brought to the game but when it comes to new ships there no longer tested on Tribble .this becomes a major problem for the consumer .
when a new ship comes into play there is the chance the new ship will have its stats messed about with so when you buy something like the new Andorian ships at the present time you are in fact having a gamble.they look all nice and everything but what to say after you buy this ship a week later or so the stats get mashed over. you have paid for some product that you thought was going to be good to end up it being stuck in a museum after spending your hard earned cash on that so called item.
so cryptic you need to test these things out and deal with the stats before you release them into the hollow deck so people like myself know exactly what where paying for.
i like how you say note the stats are subject to change that does not give you the right to do so you dont go into a garage and buy a brand new car and for the garage sales man to say the cars are subject to change we might have to sell it you with no wheels.
so before you end up with law suits i suggest you use the tribble server as it was intended .
i would love to buy the set of Andorian ships but until i know exactly what i am paying for i will wait .

Oh, and there totally should be a Fleet Atrox.

These forums very badly need Colonel Green turned loose to do his good work, if you know what I mean.
I've come to the conclusion it's for my own good to give up reading everything but the official Cryptic posts, and the Tribble patch release notes.

Blizzard doesn't? HA! They have ninja nerfed since the beginning! Sadly it seems to have become a standard practice in the industry.
