I have been having issues over the past week connecting, and having it take a few attempts so I'm glad there looking in to it. Also I am at work so rather now than later

How can you say no need? People have been having issues connecting to the game all week. Why would you NOT take an opportunity to run tests like this while the servers are down?

How is there no need? They still dont know the exact problem or they would not have to run tests. so if they dont know what caused it or how to fix it, then it could keep happening.
