One Time Activation Code....

Hey forum users!

I've got a problem. The email address linked to this account has been deleted by Windows as inactive -_-'

I need to change the email to get the code but it keeps sending the email address change information to the email I can't access!

    How can windows delete an email account?

    Maybe you mean an online mail service like hotmail or gmail or yahoo? if so, which one specifically? Most of not all will allow you to reopen the account.

    the only other option is to contact customer support to prove who you are and get them to change it for you at this happened to a friend who changed service providers and lost his old email

    I am also locked out because of the security code sending to an invalid email account that has been deleted by my provider. I have contacted them and are unable to retrieve the e-mail addr, so i need to change the addr on my STO account but i am unable because to change it it also requires a security code sent to the invalid e-mail. Please let me know what i can do to rectify this.

    I was interested in playing so went through the hassle of creating linking PWE, and they sent me a one time code, so I could log in to my account. I did that, now when I tried to log into the game it asked for a one time code, but I was only given a single one time code.

    All I want to do is log in and play, instead I have spent 2 hours bouncing from page to page, PWE dosent even have a one time code reference on the FAQ page!

    Really? Why should I even waste more of my time on this game? They won't even asnwer my email

    Did you try re-creating a hotmail account with your old name ? Alot of times those inactive names are released for reuse, but I've gone 6+ months inactivity on hotmail without any problems.

    " one time code " HOLODECK ACCOUNT VERIFICATION ONE TIME CODE' the Account Guard codes its in HOLODECK have not worked. it want a one time code

    I do nor have a onetime code and don't know how to get one. It wont let me play without putting one in? where/how do I get one?

    The one time code is a verification code that is sent to your e-mail address that you registered with. This code is to verify the system you play on and is designed to help prevent hacking.

    1. i did all the steps for the One Time Account Verification Code
    2. then i launched sto and entered the code from the email
    3. and it said something that the code failed

    Can someone help me with this please / thanks ?
