    That would be Enterprise-D, or the fleet XO No Mercy.

    Easiest way to get a hold of them would probably be to join our site. And, as for your fleet's name, I can't say you were originally in possession of it, 12th Fleet has been around since beta and I did not see any of "The 12th Fleet" handles till recently.

    Either way, hopefully something can be worked out. :)

    I am in charge of 12th Fleet.

    I am sorry to say that we have been using both "12th Fleet" and "The 12th Fleet" as forum topics and in references to our fleet since August 2009 when the fleet was founded.

    Saying that we are using your fleet's name is a punch in the face and sounds like you are trying to ride on our success to promote your copy cat fleet.

    It should be we that should ask you to rename your new fleet to avoid confusion in game and to avoid destroying our reputation.

    Been having the most fun time with new interesting builds because of the fleet 1 vs 1 pvp tournament - I wish it went on for a few more weeks. :cool:
