MACO Elite Commander does not unlock!!!

Hi please get this fixed.
I have completed all necessary accolades to unlock the title and costume parts but nothing is happening! I don't even have costume upgrades in the reputation system. I have already written a ticket but no one seems to care?

Oh... wait, have you used the drop down in the top right of the first page to set your costume to "Omega" or which ever?
If it is not there - I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT - but in the past people had luck with a workaround getting the accolade and costume unlocks to work by selling the Mk XII gear to a vendor then immediately using buyback to retrieve it... But that sounds a bit dangerous to me if you don't understand the risks (if you log out or crash before buyback, its gone)
Double check your Omega projects to see if the costume unlock project for your uniform isn't there.

Have all optionals, have all sets but no unlock project.
Now I got the MK XII set under the old system and recently got the last optional, yet no tab for optional clothing in the tailor and no unlock projects at all
Sold my MACO XII pre S7 gear to a vendor. I could buy them back only the Armor just vanished!!!!!!
So I bought it again from the project, ala 9000 dil gone, 500 marks gone.
After I got the armor again - still NO MACO ELITE COMMANDER accolade unlock! No costumes .
Please fix this cryptic!!!!!
Did you receive the associated Accolades?
To view your Accolades in game, open your (J)ournal and tab over to the Accolade section, then scroll down to the STF sections.
If what you're saying above was interpreted correctly by the system, you should have an old version of the Mk XII Set Accolade who's descriptive text mentions both a Title AND a Costume Unlock, and a new version of the Elite/Optional Accolade which mentions only a Title.
Would you mind checking that, and getting back to me? I'm not having much luck reproducing this error locally and need more information.

It's really frustrating after all this hard work and effort.
I opened my journal and I have completed the MACO Commando and MACO Team Commander Accolades.
I still have not got the MACO Elite Commander Accolade and in the description it says:
Complete the MACO Commando and MACO Team Commander Accolades
Unlocks: MACO Elite Commander title
I am missing "MACO elite commander" and "MACO team specialist" as the only ones.
"MACO team commander" has a check mark and I can use the title.

ps. I tried selling the omega set, buying 2 pieces back from a vendor and getting the third piece from the reputation system.
I never got the MK X sets and I didn't get any optionals on normal and have several MK XI sets on my boff's.
I wore omega MK XII the whole time getting optional and at the time I completed t5.
Ok i got this issue on my klingon.
I had the 3 piece honor guard set and 2 of the omega before season 7.
I have the honor guard Accolade, can select everything but the helmet.
Omega I got check mark next to each item but not the Accolade. Yet i have the title that comes with the customer unlocked for both.
I also just complete on of omega outfit unlocks for one extra outfits. But got nothing.
I got screen shots.
My klingon got the MK XII honorguard set before S7 launched, but if I go to the tailor I can't select the helmet for it, yet I can select some of the other pieces for it.
A fleetmate had 1 piece of the Mk XII set before S7 and got the other 2 peices after ... he's ran all the unlock project and still can't select the new costume helmet.
Why did you not try this on tribble FIRST?

I am not so worried about the costume pieces - I'd like to have the title and accolade.
Yeah, I had the XII antiproton gun, then ran the other projects for the other 2 XII parts. I got the costume, but nothing shows up in the tailor for me. I ran the "alternate" costume project and have no clue how to use it.
So it seems I wasted all the inputs for that project for nothing.

also switching different zones (This helped a friend of mine)... but nothing worked the Accolade still did not want to unlock!

This is very similar to the "had most of the mk xii ground sets before revamp and then completed the rest after and have every single accolade and piece of gear+ all custome unlock projects completed...but still lists Omega force Operative as IN PROGRESS despite it having all ticks" issue
Which to be honest J-man is probably related. I suspect some kind of legacy issue personally.
All I have to say is the irony of a season supposedly doing everyone a favour helping them to ground sets and here we are.

Thank would be a desaster I guess.
People who are putting in all their efforts to achieve the title/rewards/costumes will not be happy if they end up finishing the tasks and then get nothing.
But that's bugged too. Reputation system shows the passive bonuses high lighted I have chosen but when I click "select active projects" there are no unlocks at all.
Just the 2 resources projects and it says 0 reputation.
It's a fresh character transfer though hopefully that's why.
I just got a response to my ticket in-game. They want me to submit a Bug-report for this.

having the same Problem.
Got the Maco mk12 Set before the Reputation system.
Was able to buy the adapted set+costume unlock
Got the last optional a few minutes ago, received the Team Commander Accolade, but did not receive the Elite Commander Accolade or the costume unlock.
On holodeck the trader deleted 1 of my pieces while trying to buy back (bugged) and so I did get one actual piece from the rep system, but it didn't unlock the project.
Went on tribble and tried the same thing but it says I have 0 reputation and shows nothing but level building projects (buggged).
So basically us that had the sets but got the optional(s) in season 7 can't do nothing about it - if won't matter if you buy 10 of each set.
At least I don't have any ideas how to fix it, if anyone knows anything I'd love to hear about since I am basically waiting for the optional unlock on all my characters to finish off the rep (now flamethrower and entourage are out).
But still not the Maco accolade or tailor unlock 3
I basically have this same issue but for MY KDF Orion Female captain that had 2 pieces of MK XII KHG prior to season 7 (I even re-bought those 2 pieces in the rep system and no change)
I am missing the options to change the upper body armor for the cleavage "B'vest"? and of course no helmet option for head type.
