  It will be reintroduced once the developers understood the concept of "fillrate".
  This never happened and will never happen in any instance.
  
  (I admit that very, very rarely singular devopers actually understand what fillrate is about.)

  Burning dozens of Borg at once at an infernal rate when buffed with tactical abilities. Borg would not adapt to it which was one of the reasons it was removed from holodeck.

  Getting to Romulan tier 5 has been hard work.
  Devs how much longer to wait,until The flamethrower is returned please????

  "Too long". - It's been gone less than a month, and if it were in, you'd have only gotten it a week or so ago, given when people are reaching T5. It's buggy, and needs reworking, and the devs have been on holiday.
