Crashing on launch

The second i hit Engage on the launcher it crashes and pops up a CrypticError window.

    Screenshot or direct copy/pasta of the actual error message or it didn't happen... LOL, j/k but seriously, there's so many issues or errors that could pop-up at that point that we're going to need you to be a wee bit more specific.

    As soon as you post that information, I'll then be able to help out a lot more.

    PS: By the by, the more information you post when asking for assistance, the better it is. As of right now, there's really nothing anyone can do for you because there just isn't enough info to move forward.

    If I'm having the same problem that Spacefork is, then I have this to ask: Are you launching from the Steam platform, or did you download the game from Cryptic?

    I am having a similar problem: Attempting to login through the launcher.

    You input username and password, hit Login, then the launcher freezes, then crashes.
