What is wrong with the site and Game launcher

I can barely get the web site to load up and the game launcher takes freaking for ever WTH is going on.:mad::mad:

the launcher keeps crashing, even after a reinstall and updated exe.

Same problem here - Cryptic, please extend the winter event by a week or so!!! Don't want to miss out on my ship because of your Myan servers!!!!
