Crash to desktop on a mission

Hi, I'm trying to do the mission "Diplomatic Orders" but every time I click 'board shuttle' it starts to load the planet vulcan and then crashes to desktop at about 50%. The game runs fine with my other character lvl 50 but with this new character lvl 2 is no go. I also tried another lvl 2 character to do this mission but the same result. I also tried searching for this issue but I haven't found any other posts. No one else having this issue?

    I have the exact same problems. I gotta say i have never played a game with so many bugs. I mean i just downloaded it last week. And its has crashed 20 - 30 times smh. My computer is good and should handle this game easily. STO always need to verify files.
