powers keep switching

hiya, no matter where i stick these 2 specific powers on my power try they ALWAYS keep switching places with each other at random map changes.
heavy grav beam (the 3 piece maco bonus) and the 3 piece lobi time set bonus (the aoe slow down)
it happens randomly when i change maps, and like i said. no matter where i stick the 2 powers they always end up swapping spots.
its very fustrating.

Sometimes also boff powers get switched and inserted random into tray after mapchange.
Exampe: I change map (which one seems not to be important) and emergency shields and remodulator get changed by their positions in the tray.
Since this, it also drops this powers out of the upper levels of the tray.
Also when i put some devices to device-slots of the char, it do not take the same positions in the try, it keep placing the powers where ever.
