My Main commands his ship from the helm console (he has a love of piloting, what can I say?), so it's more an announcement that they're going into Warp, instead of an order to do so. Still, it does need to be appropriately Badass, so...
"Helmsman, when I ask you to set a course and walk off the bridge dramatically, it's implied that you engage the engines. You know what? I'm tired of telling you this. To the agony booth!"

Nice :P
I probably go with "Engage." myself :P
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.
My serious warp command would be a traditional engage.
As for a funny one it would be "Alright helmsman let's do this," then as I warp out I yell "LEEERROOY JENKINSS!!"
"I think, when one has been angry for a very long time, one gets used to it. And it becomes comfortable like…like old leather. And finally… it becomes so familiar that one can't remember feeling any other way."
- Jean-Luc Picard
Seriously though, I always thought it was weird that they would tell the helmsman where to set course and then tell them to execute it. It is like having the verbal equivalent of one of those pop up boxes saying "Are you sure you wish to set this course and speed," so my captain always just gives the heading and the helmsman is to engage at his discretion unless told otherwise.
But maybe my captain, being Betazoid, should make some remark one what people are thinking when he gives the heading, like, ?Set course for Vulcan, and no Ensign, you will not have the time to pick up the new copy of Vulcan Love Slave IX at the gift shop.?
I kind of wish they could somehow work the telepathy for Betazoid into the game a little better. Sometimes I almost forget he's Betazoid...

When troops are called to attention, they are not supposed to snap to, until the second syllable. To do otherwise, is considered to be anticipating the order (and not allowed) hence why the first syllable can be dragged out (and why an order is detailed, and then 'given' )

Right, current military orders are mostly divided into Preparatory Commands and Commands of Execution. Preparatory Commands ("Helm, lay in a course"), as the name implies, gives the troops a moment to understand what they are expected to do, then the Command of Execution ("Engage") tells them to actually do it.
Back on topic, I kind of like "Punch it" but it's only really usable when you want to go to warp, or I guess if you wanted your helmsman to actually punch something, so you need another "Do it" command for everything else. "Engage" can apply to pretty much anything, but for some reason I feel like it lacks immediacy.
What about "If we're not at warp in 2 seconds, you're getting out and pushing."
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them." -Thomas Marrone
