Cryptic has enough of my money already, i will not give them any additional money for things that MIGHT turn out good or bad. (be that ships / systems / whatever)
Example: i was totally hot for the Wells and Vesta classes.
Now that i see what their BOff and Console layouts are... did not like and not buy,
would i have pledged money to get them? HELL YES! I love those Ships in STAR TREK, but i hate SCI ships in STO.
No, Kickstarter is not needed for STO, if they want to know what i would buy JUST ASK ME, make a POLL!
Anyway Cryptic is not telling numbers, if they would use Kickstarter it would require them to set a goal and tell us how much of that goal was met, i have a feeling they would not like us to know how much money goes around for whatever it is they are doing.
and with that the rest of the questions are obsolete for me.
Why in the world would you contribte to a so called "kickstarter" system, when the game is 3 yrs old?
Cryptic had gotten enough good faith money, it is not our fault they mishandled the IP.
So, NO i would not give them one red cent for so called kick starting squat.
A) NO !!!!!!!! Cryptic make enough money from milking the playerbase as it is without putting any of it back into the game, to give them more money would be idiotic.
i wouldnt give them my money, so a theoretical list would be pointless.
C) I won't be spending a penny until i see a big change in cryptics attitude towards STO.
D) The only thing that would make me support cryptic would be actual mission content along the lines of the FE's that progress the storyline of the game, none of this on the cheap adventure zones or space maps that were clearly made in 10 mins. (look at the new mission space maps compared to earlier ones, the earlier ones were very detailed while the new ones are mostly just empty space)
I gave them my kickstarter pledge when I bought my Lifetime subscription for a incomplete game. ...Snip...

On the other hand there's a body of quality work from the RSI project which I assume the OP attempting to copy, if the RSI project does 1/2 of what they want to they're gonna kill STO in 2 years assuming STO doesn't kill themselves.
