But still, if you take issue with PUGs getting Fleet Marks in that manner - how do you not have the same issue with PUGs getting Fleet Marks by doing random PvP dailies with random folks?

In order to earn Fleet Marks, you have to be participating in events (whether PvE or PvP) with your fleet... a five man team from the same fleet would allow for the completion of the various dailies for Fleet Marks instead of (or in addition to) other rewards.

Today's patch notes include a nice change to the daily fleet action missions, which from today on will not grant Dilithium, but fleet marks (and not few). Wouldn'tz it make sense to give Lt Com Icheb's dailies for PvP (and the Klingon version, of course) the same treatment?

huh... I bet this means they'll take away Dili from PvP.... the only resource in STO with any real value.... Without it, we'll be forced to spend 90% of our time in pve... Base building we can afford to ignore... Dili... not so much...

I did my usual ctrl-f for 'PvP', as I do in any piece (of TRIBBLE) that shows up on the main page and was surprised to see 2 mentions.
When I saw the bit about pvp snowball fights, I literally wanted to throw a sharp object at the smarmy git's face.
