Oceanic ISP problems?

This is a Priority 1 distress call from captains living in the Oceanic sector. We're all having trouble accessing the account servers. Could someone bring the server back online?

    i am in melbourne au (optus) and have not been able to log on either.
    if i use the launcher i hang for a while before getting a dialogue stating: "the patchclient got a message while it was in a state with no response function"
    if i bypass the launcher and execute the GameClient.exe i cannot connect to the account server.

    please fix this.

    I suspect its more likely a problem with some local oceanic IP company.

    Cryptic only have one server so I'm not sure what they could do that would affect one particular region?

    Here is a question for those having an issue what ISP are you conneting with and those that are not what is your ISP so we can narrow this down.

    I am with TPG atm.

    whatever the problem was resolved itself about 15 minutes after i posted my previous message.
    i dont think it was an issue on my end. everything worked as expected except sto logins.

    Still not solved for me. And I get these msgs still:

    this is disgusting! the launcher cannot connect to the server for couple of days, now all the ships are on sale. (horrible conspiracy!)

    Also in Oceanic Region: SAME LAUNCHER PROBLEM: tried last 3 nights, sucks more now especially with the Ship & Zen sale, Isp's ok as i successfully downloaded Planetside2 whole night last night, have 5 seperate .exe's collected/obtained from other players over this year alone(usually works if you can get another working .exe from another player), same problem listed Forum-wide with no workable solution as yet.
    Personally: though silver, have purchased zen/items almost on monthly basis, with credit balance still on both PWE/Holodeck waiting for a ship sale(which i [+ many others] will miss out on now).

    Like most, i too love this game and log-in daily to relieve the stress of reality's daily TRIBBLE.

    Like most, i too have logged-in last 3 nights(like the last 4 times this year) to search for a workaround/fix to this problem -> but to no avail...

    Like most, looks like i too will be taking my zen elsewhere now...

    but like most, guess i'll keep-on logging-in to see if the launcher's been fixed 'cos nobody wants to lose all they've built-up/spent over time in STO

    Ps.- kudos to DARTHPANDA16 as being the ONLY dev i've found in all forums actually replying/addressing multiple threads on this problem faced worldwide[renewing hope that human-devs really DO exist]

    I am on the East Coast of the United States, and since Monday 11:30pm I've been unable to get on the game the Autopatcher Launcher won't even let me logon.
