"Can't find Map" Msg when trying to enter Fed Mirror Invasion PvE

Did I miss something or why can't I enter this event? This is the second try after weeks and the second error.
Any help appreciated!

    At 3:39 pm [GMT +8] in the Holodeck, I have also experienced the same few problems:
    1) Can't find/register map name. This came out when Season 7 is released and it hinders me multiple times from enetering. It occurred after clicking "Join" when the countdown timer was present.
    2) "You will be removed from the map in 10 seconds". Got this when I entered the map. I was indeed removed.

    Would like to find out any possible reasons and if possible, solutions to the above problems :D

    The precise quote was "[Admin] Couldn't get map names from map manager".
