PWE Sucks!

I bought Zen points from the store. Yet, it shows I don't have any in my wallet!? wtf...

Sooo....I go and file a ticket only to show that ''This page is unresponsive too many redirects'' Really? how convenient. I tried using other web browsers like; Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and its all the same results.

So not only I won't get my money back, I probably will never hear from these PWE staff.

Enough said.

Cryptic, is there any chance you can help?

    Was it your first payment? Did you pay by PayPal? Does your purchase history show the payment as processing?

    Rather than raging it would be best if you gave a little more detail so you can get better help and I'm not trying to be smart or funny when I say that.

    (1) I bet Cryptic and PWE customer service will actually be able to help...

    (2) ... if you turn off the rage machine. Your post title is inciting and insulting to begin with. No one from cryptic or PWE will ever read it. The content of the post is rage tastic and contains borderline racism. Insults the company, and then ends with ... so you wanna help me.

    (3) I can understand your frustration. Sounds like it sucks, what happened, and I am sorry to hear it. BUT from personal experience, I have found that a measured and calm approach, following the support system they have set up actually works. At least it did when I encountered a problem.

    This is real money you are talking about.
    You should have a record of the transaction.
    If you do, at some point in the chain, they will HAVE to deal with you.

    If you don't have any proof of the transaction ... I say Why Not ? and if thats the case, probably sorry Charlie.

    Basically what I am saying is ... act like a calm, yet dissatisfied customer with proof of your transaction, and you will get results. Start forum threads insulting the parent company with Borderline racism, probably not as quickly. Just my opinion. Your mileage may vary.

    I know what you're saying, thanks though. I've paid it before in the past, this time it shows it's not gone through and my bank says otherwise.

    Strange how something can go missing and I still have the ref number for it.

    Nothing is coming through my wallet whatsoever. My bank statement says it was completed and I also spoke to the bank.

    The link I gave in my first post in this thread goes straight to the PWE zen and billing support forums. Speaking from past experiance, the admins/mods there were quite helpful in sorting my transaction problems in the past.

    Payment goes through PWE.
    PWE has offices in ... California I think.
    Use some pretty basic interney skills and find the company phone number in REDWOOD CITY, California. Their North american (U.S.) Division is called PERECT WORLD ENTERTAINMENT.

    just gave you all you need to find the company phone # for the offices in Redwood City.
    IF indeed the interwebs continue to not work. I would call the company and ask to be redirected to a customer service representative.

    I would apologize for having to call directly like this, explain why I couldn't do it over the web, and then request help for my problem.

    I would do this only if after using my own accounts to send EMAIL to both PWE and Cryptic customer service I had still not seen any results for the money spent, that there is a transaction record for. If 2 emails over 1 week produce absolutely no results, I would call the company.

    EDIT TO ADD : The link provided above by Defalus is where I would start. Without a doubt.

    Found out that PWE are having technical issues with billing. So be WARNED not to use their system at the moment.

    I don't know if you are have the same problem I did before but....when I bought Zen, I discovered that I needed to basically link the Zen I purchased to STO before it would show it as available. I've only done it once so I couldn't explain the process but it was pretty self explanitory once I found the right link.
