    Meanwhile the message leaving it green sends is we should be able to logon, which isn't the case.

    when were they gonna tell us about a downed server? got me a lifer sub for my bday, which is next week so this just goes to prove bdays sukk, and getting a lifer, and then zen, could prove to be a bad omen

    Hi guys, im kinda new in STO (3 weeks) and when i try to log after the patch it says "unable to authenticate". Is this normal and should i wait before submit it to support?

    Same problem. Just downloaded and now I'm rather sad that I can't play.

    The error message just changed. 'Star trek online is closed for maintenance at this time".

    You guys aren't the only ones. Also having this trouble too, and I've been playing this game for a awhile now. So it isn't you, it's them in this case, something is screwy on THEIR end.

    Add me to list, I'm stuck too with Unable to authenticate now too. I was just logged in not 10 minutes ago and went to switch characters.

    I cannot log in either, not even to the Launcher when I try it says "Unable to authenticate"

    I hope the STO Admins are sorting it out?

    Same here all was fine I logged out of my main char and tried to go back into my other char and it would not work.

    Now I cannot even log into the Game Launcher!!!!
