problems logging in? (Resolved!)

I cannot log into my own account with the password i assigned to it, keeps saying "Cant Authenticate" and its highly annoying.

    Have tried to log on a few times tonight now and i enter the password to be told

    unable to authenticate

    anyone else having log in problems?

    I'm having the same friggin problem! I'm a lifetime subscriber since BETA, and I can't get into the game. I just logged into my account here on the site, and it says my account is INACTIVE, and I've been subscribed for 0 DAYS.

    What the heck?!

    Same here, word is that the account server is down, people can play while they're on but if they try to swap alts they will be stuck and not able to get back on.

    I've been getting connecting to account server timeouts for the last couple of minutes.

    I'm having the same problem except it's more than that.

    1- I can't login to the game
    2- When I logged in on the site, it says my account is inactive
    3- It says I've been subcribed for 0 days.
    4- All my post counts on the forum have been reset to 0.

    What gives?!

    having the same problem too after getting kicked off the server after playing for two hours

    Yes.

    I was having Internal Errors when using the Dil exchange, logged out for a fresh start, and now have the same problem as you.

    Hopefully this is a fix to the disconnection problems a lot of us have been having in STF's and the first Azura mission? If so... The wait will be worth it!! :)

    I see your posts where at about 13:00 today, its 21:20 and im getting the messege unable to authenticate, is the account servers still down or gone down again?

    Subscribed For: 0 Day
    Subscription Status: Inactive :mad: annoying!

    EDIT: just noticed the time stamp, its on US time, few!

    I was in game, but when I went to change characters, I was unable to log back in as it couldn't connect to the servers. Now, when I try to launch the game, I get " Unable to Authenticate".

    Yeah whats going on? This problem still persists.

    Ah, this explains why I couldn't claim my Armitage Class and logged out to see if that would help and the same "Unable to Authenticate" message.:cool:

    I've got the same issue at hand, it occured after I was suddenly disconnected before the boss-fight on "Infected Ground Elite". Any help?

    just used a gift type card to obtain a lifer sub which worked fine, however, on exiting game and using same card for zen, and working, I get that error when when using launcher. HEEEEEELLLLLLPP
