Raptr Not Recording Playtime

http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/5594/capturekba.png

Does that say theres a limited reward? Just starting on that note.

Ok so ive played several hours of STO today. WITH RAPTR ON (dont go there) 0 hours given. (Ok so)

/played is 140+ days. So what happens if raptr refuses to update with the 7 hours i played today? Do i miss out on getting rewards because of a technical error?

Cryptic you guys either needs to clear this up with raptor for unlimited rewards, or talk with raptr devs and figure out whats wrong here.

Any ideas? Any fixes? I concidered playing using steam (because steam sync worked perfectly) but Steam wants to redownload STO onto mycomputer. Which i dont wanna do. (and will take more time then i will get) If that really is limited by the time i can get on STO and play fro 6 hours everything will be gone.

Cryptic DONT move this thread its an important issue that needs to be adressed (and the majority fo players dont look past general)

You can add time played manually on the website that is what I did. I could not get the desktop app working.

    This.

Plus, for technical support on a third party app, you should probably try that app's forums.

Yes, this promotion expires on December 4, 2012. You have three months to become a "Newbie" for the Holodeck Bundle or "Experienced" for the Captain's Critter.

If you have a firewall or other protective measures designed to protect your privacy and system from being hijacked by an outside system, they might be doing their job.

Sounds like you may have installed it in a custom location?

    In any case, try this:
Open the Raptr client main window. On the top right, left click "Games" then select "Manually Add Games." Let it load the list, then find "Star Trek Online" in the list and select it. Then browse to the folder you installed it in and select that folder and you should be good to go.

Raptr only logs playtime when you close the game client. To know if your play-time is being logged while playing, bring up your taskbar or minimize the game client then hover the mouse over the Raptr Icon by your system clock. It should say "Raptr - Playing Star Trek Online" if it says "Raptr - Available" or whatever your status is, then it has not properly detected STO. Try manually adding the game as I described above.

Manually adding game-time is something you should do when you're not playing, to make up for unrecorded time. For what that option does is it tells Raptr that you are playing "Game" for "X" amount of time. So it will then, from that moment until the time specified, set you as though you were playing that game for that long.
