i try to login and i get this generic message

: oops. your cryptic application has crashed. to help us outm please indicate what was going on at the time of the crash whuile we gather information. Error Ticket ID: 13344755

i am not sure what to do. i have IE9. this happens every single time i try to login. tried uninstalling and reinstalling the progrm.

when i try to submit tech support ticket, every browser gets stuck in a "redirect loop' and none of them can access the site.

thanks in advane!

From another post on this issue:

A computer reboot might fix the problem. If not, it's possible that one of your IE settings is interfering with things, or it could be something like parental controls or a firewall preventing access to some of the launcher content.

(I suspect this is why you're also experiencing problems submitting a ticket. The short version of this issue is that your computer is blocking content from downloading, and this content is required for our stuff to work.)

have rebooted several times.have verified all firewall settings and disabled them. no change in either the launcher or the website.

btw - firewall or lack of internet access should not cause a program to crash and should not cause a redirect loop in every browser. redirect loops are cookie problems or server problems.

EDIT - IF anyone else has this problem, follow these steps or close teamviewer when you play!!!!
