Issues with logging in, latency, and server time outs

Since the last patch, I have been bombarded with performance problems. Server time outs while loading maps, in-game lag, difficulty logging in. The game is pretty much unplayable now. I will attempt to re-verify game files and re-install if necessary.

Anyone else having problems?

    Have you read the 15 threads that came before yours. Many others are having the same problems and there is no solution.
