how do I re-download the launcher

This afternoon I got booted off the game. I thought it was just a connection issue.

Now I can't get into the game at all. I can't even get the launcher to connect. Everytime all I get is "Trying to update the launcher." I've tried getting on from 2 different connections.

How can I delete the launcher and re-download it to try to force an update without uninstalling the entire game.

    I had the same problem occur yesterday as well. Crashed to desktop from a fleet mission and then nothing, the patcher says trying to connect in the little box in the top left corner and it finally fails. Tried resetting my connection, even left the modem off all night and all day today, still nothing.

    I cant get the downloader from the website to work either so I can re-download. All I get is an error saying something about a bad image. Any suggestions?
