    Ground and Space Skills

    Way do Ground and Space Skills Keep having timers.

    When i log out for about an hour and log back in the skills have timers.

    They should not have timers at all the skills should reset after 5 mins.

    There is no reason way the timers should be there after being loged out after an hour.

    Okay, as a precursor, let me state that I do love the game, but it is not without some glaring flaws and lacks some of the Star Trek 'flavour'. So, without further ado, my wishes/requests for the game...

    Short term:
    - Server stability! It gets annoying getting disconnected at random intervals or getting 'Server Not responding' messages when you're loading maps.

    - New characters on Fed-side start at higher level (Commander?). I have levelled my tactical captain to 50, spent a fair old wack of time with her and have an understanding of how the game mechanics work. If my KDF characters can start at a higher level, why can't my Fed alts?

    - Make black the same black across all costumes. My captains use the film/DS9 top half with Wrath of Khan trousers (I like the tactical look). But, despite selecting the same 'black' on the colour chooser, they are different shades. Could they be the same to make it look a wee bit more uniform?

    - Change the KDF UI colour. The red makes my eyes hurt something chronic after a while (much less than the cooler blue of the Fed). Make it distinct, not eye-watering to look at.

    - Allow me to make my Liberated Borg any race. If I have a Liberated Borg player race, let me decide what race to make them. If I can add Seven of Nine's implants to any other race (near enough), why can't my Borg captain be (say) an Orion or a Trill (unjoined - the joined Trill should still be distinct), or an Andorian?


    Medium/long term:
    - More STFs, feeding into the overarching story. Grinding the same 6 STFs can get dull. How about expanding Omega Force to encompass the Tholians (to begin with)? Put in a Tholian STF, where we can still use our sexy MACO/Honour Guard/Omega Force kit and also get Tholian-specific STF kit. The Tholian set on Nukara is a start, but could be made more viable. This would feed into the fact that the visuals for Omega/MACO/Honour Guard make you believe they could be used in space or on non-Earth worlds, and make them more desirable if they could fulfill the role usually occupied by an environmental suit, and be much more survivable. How about a Tholian-specific variation of the Omega/MACO/Honour Guard sets? Gives a reason to continue grinding the STFs; to get better kit to do the Tholian (and beyond) STFs.

    I say STFs, because the STFs feel like a continuation of the storyline, unlike Fleet Actions/missions. Alternatively, make them single-player missions/chains so that players can stop and read this stuff, as I find in STFs any text that pops up is almost immediately closed in a race to beat the timers (and/or players' impatience). The much hinted at role of the Iconians in shaping the current state of the galaxy could be explored using STFs, and over the course of several seasons (i.e. a couple of years) finally introduce the Iconians as an STF bad guy that eclipses the Borg.

    - Different STF uniforms. Specifically, for the MACOs. The MACO uniform is very slick and shiny, but I'd like something akin to the MACO uniform seen in Enterprise (maybe with some updates to reflect the fact that it's a few hundred years later...). But, I suppose that's really the Omega kit. Maybe even something like the Star Trek Elite Force stuff (licensing notwithstanding).

    - More diplomacy/non-violent resolution. To me this a is a fairly big one for getting back into the spirit of Star Trek. Whilst the Federation may be at war, not everything needs to be about killing. If I roll a Science captain, let me be able to win through science, not by shooting them with a phaser. Also, if I am to represent the Federation, let me do more as a diplomat. Winning by talking, not fighting; let me have branching conversations and missions that I can actually fail by not being diplomatic enough or appealing to that species' particular mindset. Let the rewards for completing diplomatic missions be viable (a unique purple DOff or something) so that I have a reason to do them.

    - If you add more single-player content, let me use my First Officer instead. If I've got a First Officer selected, allow me to outfit them as I would my captain (with class-specific kits as well) and allow me to use them on away missions instead of my captain. The flipside of this is if I choose to use my captain, I cannot take my First Officer (they have to look after the ship). This could be expanded to me 'Commissioning' my First Officer and having them as a new captain instead of having to grind through a new avatar from Ensign/Lt. It would mean losing them from my ship, and me having to promote another BOff to First Officer (and maybe reorganising my BOff layout), but would be a nice touch.

    - Controversial thought; make Mk XII upgrades available for Lobi crystals, in a similar way to the Tholian MK XII upgrade. I admit, this is very, very controversial, to the point that I feel unclean suggesting it. However, from an economic standpoint it would make sense, as Lobi crystals are only gotten from opening lockboxes. BUT, it should only be as AN ADDITION to the traditional Prototype Salvage route, and cost a LOT of Lobi (~800 per set) with the accolade (MACO Team Commander/ HG Commander) and a full Mk XI set of whatever flavour you wish to upgrade. However, this route does not award the Mk XII accolade or costume options. Personally, I'd rather grind STFs to get the Prototype stuff for the full effect, but this may be enticing to some players...

    Short Term - Fix the uniforms




    Mid Term - A squad system made up of 2-4 teams, letting them react as a group better in large fleet actions


    Long Term - A Romulan playable factor would be really awesome to have in season 8 or 9, maybe 7 if you guys can manage it

    Long term - Universal Translator in game to use with other people, i.e I speak English, if someone responded to me in German, the game chat would translate to English, vice versa

    Short Term.
    1. A Caitian personal officer at the Academy like the Andorians, Vulcans, and Tellerites have.
    2. An Actual Caitian Bridge and hall layout for their Carrier.
    3. Caitian Uniforms to go with their ship, maybe a standard Caitian crew roaming around on it.


    Mid Term.
    1. Being able to visit the Caitian homeworld.
    Space is vast, it's wonderful and maddening. Yet in that madness is some of the greatest beauty I have ever seen.

    I'd like to see one or two Cryptic employees be devoted to creating new story mission content and releasing it on a smaller, more frequent schedule. This should lead up to major story changes coming in Seasons, or lead up to Featured Episode series, or lead up to the inclusion of new shinies in the game.

    For example, we could have had a series of missions where you deal with a plot to infiltrate some worlds in a certain sector, and then it escalates into a small-scale invasion, and at the conclusion you're directed to construct and command a new starbase in that sector.

    And then Season 6 comes out with fleet starbases.

    The mission content I'm talking about wouldn't be things that require new tech; that would be reserved for the FEs and Seasons, so you wouldn't need a whole content pod for it.

    Dang, now I'm wanting to put aside more time to go back to working on my Foundry missions, right as I've taken on new community responsibilities. :)

    ~Short Term~

    -Retrofit Blue Photon Torpedos? As seen in "Enterprise - In a Mirror Darkly"

    -Specialty Bridges + Interior for Caitan Cruiser, And Special Bridge + Interior for NX Class Escort. Similar to how the oddessey has its own bridge variant.

    -Fix Memory Alpha Crashes near Transporter rooms.



    ~Mid Term~

    -Ability to Capture 1 per character enemy faction ship via boarding party action on weakened select Enemy Ships. Example : Bring Enemy NPC Romulan Bird of Prey to 15% Hull allows you to tractor and board it. Defeat the crew in a real time Ground mission and gain control of the ship. Players can only have 1 Ship that has ben captured at any given time per character.

    -Possibly An event Rewarding a unique Typhoon Class Cruiser/KDF Equivelent (Sorry for not remembering - 1 per character similar to the Oddessey Event)

    -Possibly an event Rewarding a unique Jupiter class Dreadnaught/KDF Equivelent (Sorry for not remembering - 1 per character similar to the Oddessey Event)



    ~Long Term~

    -Expand Upon The Devidian Storyline, Possibly add trans dimensional space in certain zones.

    -Expanding Further Upon the Undine Storyline. Possibly adding an entire fluidic space sector and territory.

    -Formally Introduce the Iconians

    Short-term requests

    Each Patch revisit one ground Map and fix the clipping issues
    (Crew Beams down to walls and rocks, hovering houses with invisible enemies,...)

    Fix the memory alpha "crash on enter" bug

    Add the mumbers (e.g. Deck 3) to the Ships/Bases interior textures


    Mid-term requests

    Improve ground mission textures

    Improve texture and model variarion on enemy ships and bases

    "Promote" some of the very best community missions to Starfleeet/KDF Missions with rewards


    Long-term requests

    More choices in how to complete content, maybe missions with a diplomatic rather than
    a pure combat solution depending on choices you make during the mission, giving diplomatic
    XP instead of Skill points then,...


    Have the players spare ships and Boffs to: do Missions like doff assignments (Success
    depending e.g. on on Boffs, equipment and type of ship,...), set up trade routes, assign the
    spare Ships to a fleet roster (defense, upgrades,...)

    Much more Storyline - episodes 1-3 are reeally cool, the following are getting shorter and
    shorter, you could introduce new Missions in between.

    Short Term: Add counts to how many small craft each bay currently has out to carrier huds. It can be difficult trying to tell if I need to launch more Fighters or Shuttles when they're in a furball with the enemy.

    I have a few changes i would like to see made to the game:

    1. Allow us to drop out of red alert with a command after combat is finished instead of waiting for the system to automatically do it.

    2. Create a fleet marks to doff system. Make a conversion system where players can donate fleet marks they earn to get a doff and while putting in the fleet marks they get fleet credits. However this system should only be made for use for fleets trying to get doff's for their starbase projects. Like lets say you need a purple doff for a starbase project you could make that purple doff cost 20000 fleet marks so everyone in the fleet could donate the fleet marks to get the doff for the project and when the required amount of fleet marks have been given the doff automatically gets donated.

    3. Change how pve events are done. Like create new categories for all of them where if you are a level 50 player and you want to play with your tier 3 ship on a klingon pve mission allow the player to use their tier 3 ship in that mission with other players who have a tier 3 ship. (just make mark # restrictions for what ever tier ship the player is using) And give special rewards to players if they do that.

    4. On the tour the universe event give fed players extra rewards if they use diplomatic immunity to go into the Omega Leonis sector block and go through all the sectors. And to balance this on the klingon side give a bonus to players that use raiding party and that go through the Omega Leonis sector block twice.

    5. Have an automatic renewal option on the exchange so when the items expire they are automatically put back up at the same price.

    6. Create an option to donate bridge officer candidates to starbase projects or allow us to convert bridge officers into duty officers that are in their field.

    7. Once a player reaches level 50 create some type of expertise exchange or reward system so that the expertise the player earns is actually used for something or make the expertise requirements for fleet projects a lot more then 20000. An example of making the expertise useful could be an expertise to some type of item or in game currency of the players choosing, (some type of ratio). Or the more expertise a player has the more rewards they get or the better reward. Or get more energy credits for recycling an item.

    8. Create a better way to compare our items and bridge officers and bridge officer candidates. ( i would like to be able to see there skills side by side instead of constantly switching back and forth.

    9. When a player is level 50 make the item from an item reward pack at least a green mark 10 or higher.

    10. Allow us to use GPL to purchase items on the exchange. (as of right now there really is no point to gpl except for getting the achievements)

    11. combine the small medium and large items into one that scale with level.

    Some changes:

    1. Give energy credits to players who recycle items based on their crafting skill. The higher your crafting skill the more energy credits you get.

    2. Create a general fleet store for players as long as they have the fleet credits they can purchase from it even if they cant purchase from their own fleet store. General fleet store items would have higher prices and only a certain amount could be purchased each month.

    I have a good three that would (well I believe) help improve the STO experience.

    Short -

    Bridge Displays, please make one bridge in your bridge packs that we buy a muti-ship bridge. Another words, just take one of the bridges, and remove the ship diagram off the display and replace it with a generic computer console display. Only, one bridge per pack, to keep it simple. But it would allow us to be more versatile with your bridges. :)


    Mid- Or Long-

    I am not sure which one would be easier first so i just put them both here.

    Shuttle Scale-

    Have you ever gone for a flight in your shuttle around Earth Space Dock? Just from that and when you do the vault single player mission, there is a slight mistake in the shuttle scale. The shuttles need to be about 50% smaller (at least, from just my goofing around), this is just to give you more of a realism that they would actually be able to fit in our shuttle bays. Well without a warp nacelle in the briefing room. :eek:

    Flight Gimble-

    I believe that it would help improve our situational awareness (both Fed, and Klingon ships of course) to just have a simple three axis flight gimble in our heads up display. I have sometimes in the heat of battle finding myself turning the camera to a profile shot of the ship to just figure our my angle of attack. It would just have to be a simple ship design like a cruiser for Fed and maybe a bird for the Klingons. :)

    Short Term: Dmg x 3 weapons for ground with a choice of additional proc for Tier 2 starbase fleet weapons - good! Dmg x 3 plus choice of 1 additional proc for space weapons..., no. Maybe they didn't realize, but [Acc] is the proc that means the most. Need more options than just [Dmg]x3. We worked hard to unlock those space weapons..., and they're better than Borg Mk XII's, but not remotely ideal for PvP. The Defense stat is just too strong. Even with the Accurate trait and [Acc]x1 proc weapons still miss often.

    Midterm: Increased fleet credit reward for turning in duty officers. They're way too expensive on the exchange. I can guarantee that I've spent far more than most in my own personal resources trying to send off fleet base projects that are only waiting in que because no one was willing to spend 10 million EC on common duty officers that reward them with 150 fleet credit per officer. Lets face it, they're all making millions of EC selling them instead of turning them into the fleet base because the reward in fleet credits for using those duty officers to build a fleet base is despicably disproportionate. My complaint is that I have done more for my fleet in purchases than almost anyone else. I'm bleeding EC..., and yet I have few fleet credits to show for it.

    Long Term: Fleet consoles that unlock at Tier V. They don't have to be better than MK XII Very Rares. They can be just that, MK XII very rares. I'm sure you can figure out a way for those consoles to be expensive enough to be rare amongst players when purchased from the fleet base. Tier V science unlocks MK XII Very Rare science consoles..., Tier V engineer..., well you get the point. You could even incorporate a fleet base crafting element to it as well so it's not as easy as just acquiring the proper provisions through fleet projects. It would cost a provision to make, but a character would still need enough crafting xp..., to go out and acquire the resources from all corners of the galaxy..., etc. That's all just details. The main point being..., fleet consoles. Think about it. It would be great.

    I'll settle for just one simple request which has been asked for god only knows how long. But how about fixing the ships crews uniforms to match your BO. I realize the selected color combinations might be a challenge but how about making so at least the general uniform type selected for yor captain becomes the default uniform with default division colors. For example if i choose the wrath of khan uniform the the crew uniforms should default to that uniform and matching the general uniform colors i selected for my character. I would settle for that for all three goals hopefully in the near future..

    I don't know if this counts as a mid or long-term idea, but I was recently given the task of promotion/demotion in my fleet:

    I would appreciate an addition to the Fleet window showing sortable participation statistics.

    This would help with coming up with a promotion/demotion candidate list.

    With 500 fleet members, keeping track of fleet chat use, STF participation, Fleet marks, etc. is virtually impossible w/o playing 24 hours/day. Let fleet officers choose what metrics they want to use. Make the statistics not viewable to all players.

    As a computer "person" I'd like to log chat to disk for gathering usage statistics. I'd also like to capture Roster info and fleet bank activity to disk for analysis. Most of this info is already available in the game, but it takes an excessive amount of work to process it.

    If I could dump this info and process it w/a script I could generate a composite rating to use as a starting point.

    Yes! I do like to make things complicated. I like to automate things.

    In the very least make the roster listing sortable by last "login". My fleet has a policy to consider kicking those who are off for a month.

    mid-long: i think a button should be added in case someone puts a fleet project in queue and wishes to remove it. Also I think Klingons should get more costumes in the exchange they only have one which is the academy while the federation side has many. I know a lot of people who would buy costumes for their klingons if more were available. Also fixing some bugs such as in STF where you have regens but it wont allow you to use them to heal while your in the STF and also when you get out you occasionally get the glitch that your in party when you aren't. Also as some have mentioned before as you go higher in tiers the fleet requires more specific duty officer and items that are very expensive on the exchange because some people don't have them. I remember reading about the base how the provisions and such would be scaled to the fleet; we have a small fleet and we don't see this happening so its been very hard to keep up with the base construction on both fed and kdf for smaller fleets

    MID/LONG term

    - The ability for FED and KDF players to be assimilated by the Borg (most importantly this feature would be based on cannon Trek :) ) and if the assimilated player is in a fleet the fleet would have the option to come together and try and rescue the assimilated player, the player off course would be tasked to prevent this.

    -Members off the collective would also make use of a Borg-wide chat system creating something similar to a collective conciousness.

    -Missions in the borg collective would focus on assimilation and invasion e.g. (sector borg daily's, Defera invasion)

    -the level you were assimilated will determine what ship you start (or you could choose to use a assimilated version of the ship you had) with and you will get the chance to earn XP (through missions, dalies, defera ect...) gain access to more powerfull vessels

    lieutenant - Probe
    L commander - Obelisk
    Commander - Sphere
    Captain - Cube
    Admiral - Tactical Cube

    Short: More options with the Tailor, both physical and sartorial.

    Mid: More ground content, and more exploration planet-side.

    Long: Finish the KDF 1-50. Add a Romulan faction.

    not sure if this has been posted before, but please give all the high end space sets an appropriate sector speed buff. it's quite depressing to farm the i.e. klingon honor guard mkxii space set just to realize a speed reduction to warp 10 and i don't want to change engines all the time.

    1. Balance I'n space . All three classes of ships
    Need to be balanced so any class can compete
    Turn rates,DPS need much attention

    2. Long range areas , the differnt races home systems
    Need to be farther away from each other so long range ships
    Have better uses. It. Would also make having more ships attractive
    If it took 7 days to get to the Klingon frontier you may want another
    Ship at earth space dock . Another at ds9 another at the breen frontier
    Yet another I'n romulan space .

    3. Stfs against non Borg races, non Borg gear rewards
    Make stfs more than a Dps match
    Jellico....Engineer ground.....Da'val Romulan space Sci
    Saphire.. Science ground......Ko'el Romulan space Tac
    Leva........Tactical ground.....Koj Romulan space Eng

    Probably mentioned before but here are my 9 ideas:
    Short
    1. I agree with the idea to turn off the Skill Cap. Once my character hits Vice Admiral I don't stop earning Skill Points but I am stopped from using them! I would like to be able to max our my character and make it the best I can!
    2. I also agree with having more missions where I, the Captain, control the outcome of the mission based on the decisions and choices I make during the mission. Make some missions like a Choose-You-Own Adventure book where every chapter had a choice that determined where you went next.
    3. I'm just repeating some ideas here as I really liked them, and this is another one I agree with...make some missions for onboard my own ship! Intruder Alert Simulation, like Sims make it available to communicate with Bridge Officers to build relationships.

    Medium
    1. When it comes to Alien races we are still only able to choose humanoid shapes. What about multiple arms, eyes, legs, etc.? What about no legs and a tail? Or even adding a tail of different types and lengths? Horns, fangs, fur, cat paws, backward jointed legs, tentacles instead of arms or legs?
    2. More choices for customizing ships. Rainbow of color, being able to change type of metal used for hull, having an "ultimate" module selection available so we can customize our ships using any "module" from any other type of ship. Letting us lights or effects to our ship like a ripple effect, neon lighting, a "Tron" effect, etc.
    3. Add a conversion console near the exchange or bank that allows conversion from Dilithium to Energy Credits and Energy Credits to Dilithium. Maybe even add a Zen Point exchange that allows you to not only exchange Zen for Dilithium but also exchange Zen for Energy Credits and Energy Credits for Zen.

    Long
    1. Allow players to purchase dedicated weapon and console slots for our ships with a limit of only being able to have 5 slots for each section. EX. Buy a Heavy Dual Cannon slot for our Science Vessel which only has 3 Fore Weapon Slots, thus bringing it to 4 Fore Weapons Slots. Then being able to buy a Universal Weapon Slot that can be placed Fore or Aft and can be used for ALL types of weapons (except Mines which are Aft only).
    2. Bring more ships to the KDF. Like a super-tanker that has dedicated weapon consoles that allow the ship to have cannons that shoot a 45 degree arc to the SIDE of the ship!
    3. Using software similar to DragonSpeak allow us to record our voices so that when our character actually has a speaking part it is our voice that comes out.

    Honestly, I am more interested in having Romulans as a playable faction then the Borg. Imagine the Romluan ships:

    Bird of Prey (Lieutenant Ship)
    Mogai (Commander ship)
    D'deridex (Captain Ship)
    Scimitar (Rear Admiral Ship)

    there has to be some cool variations they can make for Sci, Tac, ENG, and of course a LtComm ship.

    Just a simple request...More Bridge Activity...other than BOFs on the bridge why not have random crew members or perhaps some DOFs moving about the bridge, especially on the large bridge sets. For example, The Aquarius Bridge is extremely large and yet I hardly see any crew on the bridge?

    Adding dilithium costs to already sub par gear in crafting has killed demand for crafted items. either make it cheaper, or maybe make desirable items available to craft that are worth spending dilith on. (right now starbases and low price of zen on exchange and dilith cost of fleet items compounding problem) Before january i had an avg of minimum 50 orders per month items crafted and delivered. avg crafted items requested per month now is around 0-5 if im lucky. I am the lead fleet crafter in a very large active fleet. please put me back to work!
    anything less than mk xii purple is a waste as at this level it still will not be comparable or competable with the new fleet gear. (maybe a section for fleet only crafting with better items)

    I think I have posted in this thread before, but I would like to re-post with some new ideas:

    Short-Term requests:
    1. A Breen lockbox with Breen ships available.

    2. Mirror Universe Reconnaissance Science Vessel and Deep Space Science Vessel. When a player gets one of these, the Mirror paint job should become available on the relevant fleet ship using that skin.

    3. Lobi Store Re-runs where all previous items that were for sale go back up for sale again.

    Mid-Term requests:
    1. General re-work of Science abilities, especially the Lt. Commander and Commander abilities. I think a good number of them deserve to be buffed a little bit.

    2. The Reman Deflector should be given a new visual. The three piece set bonus for the Reman Set should be buffed.

    3. Episode Reruns for the limited rewards like the Shard, The Cane, the Reman BO, and Breen BO.

    Long-Term requests:
    1. More Borg, Undine, and Breen episodes. Each of these "chapters" only have about 5 missions each. I think they should each get another 15 missions to make them full feature-length story arcs like the Klingon and Cardassian chapters are.

    2. A great deal of bug fixing need to be done in the game. There are many bugs that have been reported multiple times... many times, but still are not fixed.

    3. Foundry enhancements. I don't use the Foundry myself (I'm not very good at stuff like this), but there are creative geniuses out there who can make great missions in the Foundry, and I would like to see them get all the right tools and stuff they need to make that happen.

    Dear Devs,

    Please give us a genuine Romulan experience. I want to learn more about their culture, about their ship design, and about their technology. I have heard rumors of a Romulan mini-faction or mission arc for Season 7. Then, I had a nightmare... What if we were only going to get JemHadar - Season 5 content in Romulan form!? I don't think I could live with that. I don't want to grind and grind for a lockbox, then spend $10-$1000 in hopes of getting a Romulan escort the size of a Miranda class starship. I need more than that. Hear my plea!

    Shorterm Goals:

    1. Playable Orion characters for the feds with abilitiy to were orion outfits.
    2. Make crew uniforms for starships match captain and BO. (just the general uniform selected and main selected color so the crew looks like the belong)
    3. More uses for interior spaces (actually use ships transports shuttle bays etc...)
    4. add more crew working/walking in interior spaces (10 forward is very epty for a social space)

    Midterm Goals:
    1. Fix bridge diminsions so they are not so oversized (looks weird)
    2. More BO office positions such as ops and helm, firtst officer etc....(really should be dept heads since they are on the bridge)
    3. Be really cool if you can have a chief medical office BO position that you assign and can see in the sick bay. Would really be cool if your ships doc, tranportor office can pop up as though they were reporting from their duty spaces.
    4. Away time should be increased to 5 spots ( besides your capt it should be 3 BO's and 2 security or something like that.

    Longterm Goals:
    1. more content for higher positions as well as those climbing the rank ladder.
    2. Lower general cost for life time subscribers in the C-Store. I bet if you provide some percentage of a lower cost for items in the C-Store you might see more people prefer to become life timers.

    Other than that great job so far cryptic :)

    I can't really judge what is short or long term, but here are my suggestions.

    Restock of torpedo munitions - starships have limited supply of torpedoes on board and can run out. Purchase and collect.

    Penalty for losing ships - there is no reason to have repairs done if I know I will respawn.

    Rework EC and other currencies - EC should have better 'value' than it does and should be easier to trade, including with dilithium.

    Improve the need for peer teamwork and trading. I can play the entire game and not need to talk to anyone.

    I was thinking exactly this; on this I have two suggestions:

    Long Term:
    ========


    * Add a party campaign (for each faction), or a team mode for the standard campaign, to replicate the flavor of fantasy MMRPG. It would work this way:
    ** Appoint a party leader which provides the settings. Settings for the team would include:
    *** Allow members to be from different fleets or force being part of a fleet
    *** Set minimum count of teammates to be connected to start a mission.

    *** Allow direct goods trade.
    *** Allow to fill missing slot in away teams with NPCs, and possibly design which ones (duty officiers from the ships of the admin or other teammates).

    Party campaign would require enough party members to start the mission together (same mechanism as fleet actions). The away team would be composed of the captains (party members) and possibly some selected members of their crew.

    Notice that the same single-player campaing could be also played by parties this way: ground actions require no change, while space actions would require increasing the number of ennemies or raising the difficulty level as there would be more allied ships.

    However, it would be cool to give the option to do some separate solo campagin or solo mission-arc also to player that are usually in a party.

    Party members could freely exchange goods, or directly deal a price for exchange.

    Another long term idea on this line:

    * (aleady read in the forum various times): PvP domain with ability to create bases and/or conquer planets from the averse side.
