I need help

Well seeing as how Perfect world decided to **** over my account and not give any help... can someone PLEASE help me. I linked my Perfectworld and Cryptic account because the Zen i bought was not registering in Star Trek. Once linked however i can no longer log into star trek on EITHER account. My Cryptic says login with pw account... perfect world account says incorrect information even though it IS the proper information. So now im out my money and cant get into the game period. PW support (( the joke it is)) has yet to help me and does not give any number for proper tech help. Can anybody help me please?

    PW Logins are case sensitive. For example, if you typed in boomeRang12 you need to make sure you capitalize the R each time, else it won't recognize your login attempt.

    Beyond that it takes 3-4 business days to get a Support Ticket answered - as PW Support covers 14 games and it's first-come, first-served.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    which is why the pw is all lowercase

    use your cryptic account, but check the PWE loggin...worked for me

    PW isn't all lower-case any more. That was changed about a month ago. It was originally all lower-case, though.

    still doesnt work even when changed with an upper case in it

    Assuming you're putting the capital in the right place on both Account and Password and it's still not working all you can do is file a Support Ticket and hope it gets answered quickly.

    after linking my accounts I couldn't log in and was getting all pissed, because I have used the same name and password for everything for the past 2 decades so I know I was typing it in right and it turned out I was I just had not set up my account guard yet

    so ya check and see if your account guard is active and setup

    cant log in with Cryptic once they are linked it just says "Log in with PW account" as for the guard... how do i check and set that up?

    Account Guard sends you an email with a numbered code which need to be entered into the Launcher when you try to login - the code is registering your computer and ISP address for security reasons.

    It would have sent it when you Linked your Account. It might be in your Spam filter, so check there.

    If it did not send it then you did not correctly Link your Account.

    I had a problem logging in until I changed my password to something shorter than 10 characters. I think it was 10... Anyway, try changing your password to something short temporarily and see if that works.

    it was linked properly email is correct ive been getting my information when i change pw to proper email etc... it never sent any guard email i went through the junk folder completly. So pretty much im stuck and nothing to be done till a ticket is answered with useless info auto response and a "did this help" basically?

    Well thats about what i figured would happen. My ticket was answered and i was given 4 links with the statment "Hope this helps" its all **** i already read earlier today which did not help me at all WHY is it so difficult to simply talk to someone on the damn phone and resolve the issue?!

    i never got an email or code for account guard, when i look up info on it in there support stuff all it says account guard is, is my login password... which of course lets me log into the forums, pw support and sto home page. Does NOTHING to help me log into the game... so how can i fix this? Because the last 4 tickets ive sent in i get the exact same auto response back with the same links that do nothing. They removed the live support so its like they have gone out of there way to avoid helping you.
