Then from someone who has flown escort/BoP almost exclusively in the first 2 years of STO: Freecam is brilliant, you just need to learn to work with it. Situational awareness also helps.
I think this maintenance is taking so much time not because of a large patch, it seems to be the account/character database that needs to be rebuilt. The only logical conclusion would be that they are spamming us with tribbles and Breen warfare Doffs...
I hope this is what really happens at Cryptic/Perfect World...

Freecam is your friend, first thing i do on character creation and setup of all characters is switch to freecam. cruisers, shuttles, escorts, raptors, bops, carriers...everything. so i have a difficult time understanding some peoples problems with that mode. though i suppose i would be irritated if cam kept switching out of free.

This bug is a major pain in the bottom for anyone doing PvP, I hope they fix it soon.
This is ridiculous. If you were using anything but freecam before, chances are you were just getting crushed in PVP anyway. Learn to control your camera manually and maintain 360 degree situational awareness at all times.

Autofire? What's that?!? They should add more Missions where you blow your own ship if you are using autofire... That could be also funny for new PvP-Arenas...
Just imagine a Deamon-Class World (like Nukara Prime), you've got to wear your EV-Suits and everywhere around you are explosive gas-clouds. That would be nice...
Or in space: An Arena in the Briar-Patch or another Nebular, that contains explosive gas-clouds...
And to all those carriers out there: Don't use Intercept-Mode, or your fighters will blow you up...

also i use a game mouse to put some hot keys funtions in my 4 and 5 butten
have a 6 to on the right side but that hard to clic XD
