Carcasses are not tagged as tribble food. Currently, only feeding a Baked Tribble or Tribble Kebob to a tribble will result in a Cannibal Tribble.

You might want to check again. Because I keep getting cannibal tribbles from tribble carcasses.

When this thread came up I checked the item, just to make sure there hadn't been an oversight. The carcass item lacks the tag that would allow a Cannibal Tribble to eat it (or, in fact, any tag that interacts with the Tribble system at all); a Cannibal Tribble is as likely to eat a carcass as it is to eat a console or turret.

Huh.. I'll take your word for it since you have more info than I. But don't recall having anything other than Tribble carcasses. Though I freely admit I could have been mistaken.

Now that would be an interesting Tribble if it did eat a turret...

About that... I seem to be missing a few consoles and a Jem'hadar ship from my inventory back when I had the cannibal tribble...

This made me smile... have a cookie

how do you get cannible tribbles?

I recently (Like ten minutes ago) got one from a "COnfiscate contraband from crew" DOFF mission.

I'd REALLY like to know which rarities are safe. I carry green blue and purples with me at all times for various buffs and I also have a sword so having a Melee booster would be useful but i don't want to risk the others.

    but but but they SHOULD!!
i wanna breed a Carnivorous tribble that eats other tribbles. That would be the KDF final solution the the infestation.
The Carnivorous tribble has a small chance of breeding a Predatory Tribble.
Predatory Tribbles eat other tribbles AND is a combat pet that flys at opponents (Lunge+tribble Scream) and inflicts Cuteness Damage!

And would probably look like this :D

According to the STOWiki tribble carcasses will not make a cannibal tribble.

Cannibal tribble are breed by giving any tribble a tribble kabab or baked tribble. thy will eat any common to uncommon tribble in your inventory, which will turn it into a tribble carcass. the carcasses are used in the klingon doff mission tribble bounty

this tribble reminds me of the Glommer from TAS. Maybe they could change it later to the Glommer.

I'm just annoyed that they don't seem to eat tribbles in the bank with them. You need to carry it in your inventory for it to do anything. :(
