Account server connection failed.

I now get this error after login in it gets to retrieving characters then Account server connection failed.

    I got this too loading STO from the launcher, but I just logged in from the login screen (that your kicked to after it fails) and it worked fine.

    tried it but i get the same thing sadly, nothings changed cept patch

    I am also getting this error. I have tried logging in several times, and keep getting this message.

    Add me to the list. Can't get characters.

    Tried it again and it worked. Capitalized a character in my username that I think was capitalilzed when I created it. Not sure if that fixed it.

    I actually capitalized one in my name as well and it worked.

    I've been getting that a lot when switching between characters since the patch, usually takes multipul attempts to get in.

    I am having this same problem also. When switching characters most of the time it fails.

    Since the release of this last season, there have been many TRIBBLE ups, in particular to the graphics engine.

    I thought tribble was for this kind of things before they release TRIBBLE into holodeck.... :confused:
