ZEN points disappeared after linking accounts

Hello,

I already wrote a ticket about that issue but I hope that maybe someone else of the community can help me out of this issue.

Today I linked my cryptic account and a pwe account. After that process I lost all of my ZEN points and the count is displayed with 0 at the account page.

Is there maybe a delay after which I get back those points?

Hopefully my other bought stuff will be there ingame. :(

    No you have to do it through a ticket since it;s an account issue. There have been a few players who have mentioned that this has happened to them. Not sure if there was an resolution on the matter.

    Hopefully they will help me out of it and see what I had on my old account and give me back those points, because it was hard to earn them. :(

    But thanks for the feedback. I think I've to w8 until they reply my ticket - the last time it took a week....
