Hi, it says my 3 month recurring subscription is inactive

Hi, it says my 3 month recurring subscription is inactive even though I only bought it yesterday. yesterday was Saturday

    That's an account issue. None of us are going to have access to your information. There's also possible privacy concerns.

    Opening up a ticket would probably be the best bet.
