its been 30 mins and still have not yet recieved the code in my email.

    Be sure to look in your Email Client's 'SPAM' Folder, as commercial mailings often end up there...

    if it;s a typical mail server, it'll retry once an hour if it doesn;t go through the first time.

    You are you using for a mail provider?

    gmail for one account and yahoo for the other and niether one still hasn't got it

    According to PWE support, the only way to trigger it to resend is to try logging in again. You can also disable Account Guard via the Create/Manage Subscriptions page... but you need the authorization code to access that page.

    I know my email works fine. In fact, I've tested my email to be absolutely certain the problem isn't on my end. I can send and receive just fine unless it's coming from PWE. This would suggest (to me at least) that there is something wrong with their system.

    I guess the only thing we can do is wait because the solution PWE support gave me still requires the code.

    ya i tried resending the code 20 times. I have a friend he got his with no problem

    the problem is random, I have 3 accounts and two are having this issue the other got the code with no problem within seconds but the account that didnt get it has my lvl 50 so hope to fix it i hate to start over

    After getting my email address finally updated by PWE to my current one, and that took a week, now the codes are not being sent out when I try to log in. This, this is really starting to frustrate me at the highest possible level. And of course, it's my main account with a lvl 50, 28, and a 24 klink.
