i am having problem when launching the game

after launching the game i am having these errors. what do i need to do? i really wanna play this game!

    No offense but searching first would have done you some good. Google tells me that there are 63 threads here on your error.

    Anyway...

    Considering the tests in this sticky are against the patch server, could you please provide the results:

    The error does some times happen. Best bet would be to give it some time and try again. There may also be something blocking your access to the patch server. The tests in that sticky will help us see if that's true.

    btw, i am playing blacklight retribution just fine, assuming they have the same patch server.

    i figured it out already.. i can play the game now
