Is this Login Issue Going to be Fixed or What?

Okay todays update did nothing, Cryptic you have 2 more days and I am unsubscribing. This is ridiculous we are going on 3 weeks since I could play.
In Space, Cryptic cant hear you scream!!!

    Do you expect them to help you without the particulars of the issue your having? Did you post a thread with such details three weeks ago? I presume you've contact their support service? Is this related to linking your account?

    I guess the over-used response of "Can I have your stuff?" doesn't really work here, as apparently he can't log in.

    Please, PWE, fix his account, otherwise my stale gags have no meaning.

    You trying to get me to have another heart attack? Have someone write a logical and concise post around here? What's next? Me getting into the foundry? Five thousand words on why a tribble is the wrong color?

    Relax everyone, I have been in touch with support, they told me a fix would be forthcoming a week ago, I have a thread started about this and have commented on numerous other posts from users with the same issue. I am starting to lose it now I guess :(

    Well thats some good news hopefully. These last few weeks have been rickety for myself as well, although things have improved steadily, particularly outside of prime times. The internet is having a little shakeup with the IPv6 which could be causing some of this on the ISP's end.

    Thank You, about 10 others have posted and I am aware of a few more but thats probably just a handful, others dont post or say anything. There must be something the devs can do in the meantime, like a backway in around the patcher that just gets you into the login screen, gameclient.exe unfortunately will time out if I try to run it directly. There is no way to login anymore.

    3 more days and its my 3rd week cant log into the game as well.
