PWE Account NIGHTMARE...

I cannot view my PWE account support tickets because I get the following message (of which I was ready to provide a screenshot for; but these forums do not support screenshots). I have used different computers with different settings, and different browsers, so I doubt this is coming from my end.

I can't view the status of my PWE tickets and am getting this message....."The page isn't redirecting properly. The server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.


Suggestions anyone would greatly be appreciated.

    I'm having the same problem. On Google Chrome it gives me a 310 Error. On IE it gives me a connection problem error.

    I have already tried deleting cookies and cache, restarting the browsers and restarting my computer but I still get the errors.

    Seems this is a little more widespread than I thought, it has been the case for a while however the only solution I have found is to go into your emails (hotmail, gmail etc) and email directly from there: customerservice@perfectworld.com.

    Just wanted to note that I'm also seeing this in multiple versions of Firefox.
