    If you want to join a great Fleet, that will quickly be able to build up a Starbase, once the Feds give us access ;) you could do worse by joining up with some browncoats.

    BOOK: Quite specific. It is, however, a mite fuzzier on the subject of kneecaps.

    So while we shoot some folks...in the kneecaps...and than apparently appologize for doing so.

    Best fleet in the 'verse is setting the bar pretty high, and I prefer the bar to be set right at waist level, so I can set my drink on it comfortably.
