Ghost of Jem Hadar 9/10 Rare Doff Mission

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but i have only been given one mission from the Ghosts of Jem'Hadar chain a looong time ago (two, maybe three weeks ago), and have never seen another. When I look at my mission chain, it says I have done two, but clearly lists only one being done. I feel this may be the reason I'm not getting any more missions. What do I do?

    Thank you to whoever fixed it. The chain is reflecting one mission completed again, and I finally got the second mission in the chain.

    Hi heretic. Just a quick note about the assignment infiltrate a deep space ketracel-white production facility. I understand this is a rare mission so hence will take some finding but I find no help on the sto wiki and am almost at the end of giving up looking for it. Is this mission functioning correctly and i'm just being silly or is it not appearing at all?

    I completed 9 and 10 last week, so I know they definitely did pop up.

    But, one of the unforeseen consequences of the last two March patches was that some missions were being offered more rarely than intended, but yesterday's patch seems to have fixed that.

    I would suggest you lurk in the DoffJobs channel because missions like Ghosts 9/10 are widely discussed when they become available, and it is not uncommon to have several people offering bridge invitations.

    Thanks for the advice rasta.. I think I have joined the channel Doffjobs as well to see if anyone can help. I do realise these missions are supposed to be rare. I'm assuming this last one is a sector assignment?

    I picked up 9/10 this week. So it DOES pop. Started 10/10 yesterday, but oddly it only appeared for Federation players. It was a sector space assignment, not a dept head/ship assignment. I was able to pick up 10/10 on 3 fed toons, but not my KDF. At least 1 other KDF player had the same problem as we were talking about it in DOFFJOBS. Is this chain now faction specific like the colonials?

    Thing is, for the last two weeks I think they were more rare than they were supposed to be - I'm pretty sue that with this patch Heretic fixed that particular problem and they should pop more often.

    And I think it is just my bad luck, but anytime I am looking for a specific assignment, it seems it never shows, but the moment I fasten my attention on a different assignment, the first one is available for the next 6 cycles. :)

    Anyway, this is supposed to be fun, so don't let the grind become the goal.

    Is there any possibility of making the Ghost of Jem Hadar 9/10 Rare Doff Mission uncommon rather than rare? I've been looking for this mission for weeks now for my fed and I've had no luck! Thanks!

    I see someone edited in Rolor recently, this page had just said Zenas through a few days ago (gogo Wiki). Are the "right spots" to include the three star clusters off the sector? I've also been stuck on this step for several weeks, checking each cluster at least twice daily. (I was NOT checking the new contact NPC's in all three zones until the new intercom button got implemented.)

    Though I do have two lingering 7/7 reknown missions (which I have also been camping for over a week, checking at least twice daily), my guess is that this mission will be the very last chain remaining in my log. This would irk me less if the location involved wasn't slightly out of the way.

    I've been checking Betreka, Rolor, Zenas, BU, AT, ZA, DS9 space, DS9 ground, plus my boff contacts for espionage mission at ALL of these locations. I haven't had any luck whatsoever. Can Heretic confirm that this mission only shows in these 2 nebulae? If so, it would mean a lot less to check even... TIA

    I've been looking for 9/10 for well over a month. I keep going in circle, starting at the Rolor Nebula, through Beta Ursae, through Zeta Andromedae and into the Zenas Expanse. The wiki says the assignment can be found in either Rolor or Zenas. Every time the counter resets, I make my rounds again. Back and forth, back and forth. I check before work, I check after work, I check before I go to bed. I leave my computer on all weekend and I check throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. It never shows up.

    I started poking around online to see what I could find and then I hear that other people are apparently having the same issue, while others are not. I almost feel like there's some secret combination of requirements that need to be met before the mission will be triggered. I've managed to get four colonial Renowns while looking for this mission.

    I'm not convinced that it's not broke, especially when I see rare assignments popping up on a regular basis. It's almost like the terms Uncommon, Rare and Very Rare don't even apply to the assignments and are just taking up real estate.

    Another sector reset is coming up at midnight. Time to loopty loop... again

    I've been looking for months now too! I just want to get Gul Tain already. Any timeframe on when we can expect the fix?

    Not sure what you mean by "fix"...

    The assignment works and does indeed appear. It is rare, it is true. The rarity of this assignment is something that is under consideration.

    is it possible that it is the most rare? It has been well over a month since i finished all the other doff missions yet I still have this one.

    Increased the frequency of Colonial Renown assignments showing up.
    Updated several Photonic Duty Officers from the Hamlet production to correct their departments.
    Improved numerical rewards for Gorn Separatist assignments.
    Ghosts of the Jem'Hadar 9/10 assignment has been made Uncommon rather than Rare, with appropriately adjusted numerical rewards.
    Resolved bad critical trait requirement for KDF Prisoner Exchange assignment.
    Renamed an unfortunately-named Vulcan Astrometrics officer

    Anyone know if this assigment is broken? I am looking for this one now a month and I never can get it.. (looking in all the cardasian sectors)

    Same here, they claim to increase chance of getting that assignement, but I search for it about a month now and still nothing.
