Initial Zone-In Lag

Consistently I have been getting some odd lag when I zone in to any instance. I'll show up on the map, but my powers are non-existent or changed. I can move around, but then when I fully load I will be rubber-banded back to the starting position. This happens often when I enter a PvP match, and when I do so, I am also lagging out to auto-join the team.

    This happens to me regularly.
    The problem is usually exacerbated when somebody else in the house is using the internet. As such, I assume it is pecause of pathetic internet speed, so there is little I or Cryptic can do about it. I just get used to a minute of so wait after loading a map :)

    I never experienced this before S4. Sure, a little bit of lag, but never a noticeable period of time where my powers were straight up gone/wrong before I fully loaded.

    im getting this, along with server not responding a lot, then sometimes it dc's when loading an area.

    I didn't experience this since early Beta where lag caused me to beam down as my ship or beam into space as huge humanoid.
    Since Season 4 the extreme initial lag after zone change is back. (Well at least it doesn't beam me down as ship anymore ;))
