Tribble Reward Shuttle still missing

Good evening Gents. This post is in reference to:
Request for GM help, ref: Successfully submitted ticket ID #1,018,616.

Which were raised 22 Dec 2010.
Then today I have raised
Successfully submitted ticket ID #1,038,910.
I am unfortunately still missing the tribble reward shuttle and I can cnfirm that I even tried the breen ground mission durig the tribble test weekend and spent over an hour online.
I have waited for a while and checked regulary but I can confirm that its still not in the c store- special unlocks - pet section.
Please, please could you have a look for me?
I'm very much obliged and appreciative for your help.
