Atari Tokens to Replace Cryptic Points?

Per Dstahl's post here: http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?p=3305077#post3305077 Atari Tokens will be replacing Cryptic's C Store points. That's fine, I just want to make sure the Cryptic Points I currently have won't be lost in the transition.
