Can´t exchange emblems

Hi, I tried to echange emblems for Mark of Honor and get the message: You do not have room for that.
Relog and Sector change doens´t help. Got this issue since two days.

    I had this problem as well when I tried to exchange 30 emblems all at once. My work around was to exchange 5 at a time until I had what I wanted.
